So after recent attempts at recovering from a painstaking depression and loss of self-confidence. I'm bringing back art and creative ideas and new all the fun and scary mediums that come with it!
My current self-proclaimed Project:
My Towering Meadow Elk is now in progress! I wanted to experiment with only using coloured pencils in an attempt to overcome my fear of them. I picked out two really cool animals that symbolize the different sides of nature, the tranquil, noble, and benevolent stag, and the carnivorous, nurturing, and misunderstood wolf. I wanted to uniquely blend these two forest dwellers by binding them together using a "stick of glue" and the aspect of nature. As of right now the current doodle is looking beautiful and it captures the serenity and guardian-esque feel I'm going for.
My Design Arts teacher wants me to change my drawing options. He says i draw too much anime... In my opinion, wtf? I've never drawn anime, I've never drawn people even! I just like my monsters and animals. Maybe the next picture i'll work on will something other than an animal/monster!
